Getting a permission when taking the pictures of someone is really important. Model and his/her parents (if the model's age is below 18) should sign a special Model Release Form which allows the photographer to take the pictures of a model and to use them later on in particular media institutions. My partner Maria and I have asked our model Anna Udras and as she is not 18 we have asked her guardian as well to fill in the form. Since the moment we have a signed document we can be sure everything will be fine and we will be able to use the pictures and post them in our blogs. You can see Model Release Form below:
