We have chosen Top Hill in Canterbury as a location for our photo shoot. We have made this decision because we think it would be great background as there is amazing view on city centre from the Top Hill. Also this background will suit our idea of a bit historical styled photography. Such a wonderful background will attract the audience to a product as well, as overall the photo shoot is going to be more interesting compared, for example, if we used the same idea but in photo studio.
On the picture above you can see the exact place where we are going to take our photographic shoot. We want to go to the top of this hill and there we will be able to shot with a beautiful background.
On the two pictures above you can see what background we are going to get. From this Top Hill the whole city centre of Canterbury can be seen. On the last picture you can also see that even cathedral is seen from there. As we all know Cathedral is the main sight in Canterbury and every year many tourists come to see it. Therefore, using the cathedral on our background will make our photo even more attracting for people. On the picture below you can see how beautiful it is.
Later we had to use our contingency plan and add one more location to our photoshoot. We have decided to shoot also at Kent College for a greater variety of shots. Also that was due to not really good wether during the weekends so we had to shoot on the week days when we are not allowed to go to town. The equipment is also really heavy and we haven't find it possible to go to town few times to take more interesting shots with expensive camera and lenses.
