Shooting schedule P2 (f)

Date and timescales

My partner Maria and I would like to make our photoshoot on Wednesdays on the 15th of October 2014. We have decided to take an equipment in the end of school day (16:20) and then go to town and shoot until the evening when we have to go back to our boarding house (19:30).

Resources
As we have decided to promote a music institution we need a music instrument. We have chosen a guitar and one of our friends has it, so we are going to ask her for it. Our model is going to wear casual clothes such as shown as the examples on my mood board. We also need to make a make up for our model and we have a friend who can help us with it. However, we are not going to do it bright, as we want the main attention from the viewers to be paid on the guitar, not on the model.

Equipment
I want to use EOS Canon camera 7D as we want to make good quality shots with the professional equipment. Also we have chose a lens (50mm) which is a wide angle in order to do shots in the whole height. For a focused images and in order camera to be stable we need a tripod. This will make it easy for us to do a good shots without fluctuations.

People involved
Maria and I are the persons who will take the pictures. We will change with each other so each of us will be able to try to make shots. Our model s Anna Udras who lives with us in the Austen House which is a boarding house of Kent College. She is the owner of the guitar and she is a person who will be posing for us. Also we will need a help from our another friend Ksenia who is good in makeup.

Contingency Plan

If there will be a really bad whether in the time we want to make our photoshoot we will need to move the date and time of the planned photoshoot. We will be checking the whether forecast to know earlier if the whether will be good or not.
If our model Anna won't be able to take part in our shooting process we will have to find a replacement for her. We live in boarding house so we have lots of girls living with us who will be happy to help us.
If the whether will be very bad for a long time and we won't be able to wait any longer, we will chose a Kent College as our location. This will allow us to shoot on week days that will be easier for us to shoot in appropriate whether. We might also use umbrella to protect the equipment if the rain won't be heavy.
